Commercial Tile & Floor Cleaning

Are dirty tile floors in your business sending the wrong message to your clients, or even turning them away?

It’s a fact that consumers expect many of the businesses they patronize to be clean and tidy. In fact, according to a recent poll of 1000+ adults, conducted for the hotel industry, up to 85% would not rebook at a hotel with dirty floors or lobby restrooms.

If that many people are walking away from hotels because of the problem, then how many people could be walking away from your business for the same reason? Even if the number isn’t nearly as high for your type of business, exactly how many clients can you afford to risk losing because of your floor?

– Cleaning Services

Of course, appearance matters more in some industries than it does in others. But consider where it matters most to consumers…

  • Banks & Credit Unions
  • Retail Stores
  • Grocery Stores
  • Corporate Office Buildings
  • Hotels
  • Restaurants
  • Auto Dealerships
  • Professional Offices
  • And, of course, businesses that cater to an upscale clientele

The real question is whether or not the condition of your flooring is consistent with the image you’re trying to portray. If it’s not, you have a choice…

And if that’s not enough to make you cringe, let’s not forget that all this makes for the perfect breeding ground for bacteria!

As you can imagine, with all this junk in your grout lines, properly cleaning it out won’t just make your floor look fantastic again. It’s going to be clean and sanitized! In fact, you’re likely to even notice a difference with how your room and/or house smell!

Many people feel compelled to do something about their dirty tile & grout for aesthetic reasons. But the truth is, when they get their tile and grout properly cleaned and restored, they quickly realize the health benefits too. No longer do they have an unsanitary floor or the odor that a dirty floor can give off.

So, what can you do about your dirty tile & grout or other hard-surfaces? You can spend a lot of time and money to have them replaced. Or for a fraction of the cost, you can have them restored!

Residential Floor Cleaning

Are you embarrassed about the appearance of your tile flooring, but unsure of what to do about it?

We understand. But you may be wondering what exactly that grime on your tile and in your grout lines is. And how did it get there?

The irony of tile and stone floors is that while you would expect them to be easier to clean than carpeting, in reality, they are oftentimes just as challenging, if not more so. But the tile isn’t normally the big problem. The big problem lies in the grout lines between the tiles. Not only are they made of porous material that soaks up liquid, these lines are recessed below the surface of the tile. When you mop your tile, you’re just pushing the dirt from the surface of the tile into these narrow lines.

What’s collecting in your grout lines?

  • Dust
  • Soil
  • Grease
  • Food Material
  • Spilled Beverages
  • Pet Urine
  • Human Urine (bathroom tile)
  • Pollen
  • Allergens
  • Moisture
  • Mildew
  • Chemicals
  • And anything else that has dropped on your floor or come in on your shoes.
